Head Office based positions
As part of our dedicated team of customer services specialists, you will support our team of Independent Advisers across the UK and also those based at head office, pro-actively managing your own case load from start to completion. You will manage your clients applications, liaising with solicitors and plan providers to make sure your clients case is progressing smoothly. You will also answer inbound calls from the public generated by national advertising, and handle customer correspondence.
This is a demanding role in a friendly team environment providing the highest levels of customer service to our customer base aged 55 and over. You should also have an excellent telephone manner and good computer and organisational skills.
