Our national network of Independent Equity Release Advisers visit customers in their homes to provide quality equity release advice to clients and agree their needs and aspirations. They will then search the market on the clients behalf to find appropriate equity release products to meet those needs and present their personal recommendations.
All enquiries are generated by the Marketing department, through TV, national press and online advertising, PR and direct marketing campaigns. Our contact centre then contact these leads to arrange appointments on your behalf. You will then visit your clients, turning equity release enquiries into sales.
As the company’s primary contact with the public you will promote Key Retirement Solutions and the company’s image, and deliver the highest levels of customer service. Working from home, you must also adhere to all regulatory standards, meet company training and compliance requirements and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the market.
Working with a customer base aged 55 and over, you will need excellent communication skills and must be qualified to FPC3 or Cefa 3 and CeMAP levels. Ideally you should have already passed the equity release examination, however this can be attained in conjunction with our training course upon commencement of your employment. You should also have good computer and organisational skills.
