Our team of contact centre operatives arrange face to face first appointments for our independent advisers across the UK. Your role in this team would involve making calls to customers from a pipeline of leads, to explain the independent and impartial unique service provided by Key, resulting in the booking of a free no-obligation initial consultation.
To succeed in this role you require a professional telephone manner and negotiation skills appropriate for our client base aged 55 and over. You should also have the ability to work as a team member and on your own initiative, with good computer skills and experience in meeting targets.
