Head Office based positions
Our Key Direct team provides independent and impartial equity release advice to clients over the phone, in response to enquiries generated mainly from the website, national press and our database of over 200,000 customers.
Based at our head office, your role involves responding to incoming enquiries and making sales calls to prospective customers. You will then offer customers a free of charge no-obligation initial consultation, during which you will explain how equity release works, explore their aspirations and give the client an idea of how much cash they can receive. This will then progress to researching the entire equity release market on their behalf before recommending the most suitable plan for a customer’s specific requirements.
Working with a customer base aged 55 and over, you will need excellent telephone and communication skills, a clear and patient telephone manner and experience in a pressurised role working to targets and deadlines. You should be at least CeRER qualified, and have good computer and organisational skills.
