Colin founded Key Retirement Solutions in 1998, drawing on his experience of working in the financial services industry for almost 30 years. He has specialised in equity release for over 12 years and has become a recognised expert in this field.
Colin is regularly asked for comment on television and radio, and is well known to many leading financial editors who contact him for views and information for the equity release articles they are writing.

Richard has worked in financial services for over 20 years focusing on the sales and advising side of the business. He has been the driving force behind building and developing the sales force for Key. He is one of the members of the management team that founded Key and has helped in the growth it has achieved to become the leading company in this area.
Richard is also instrumental in working with providers in developing products that will meet the needs of customers and feels it is vital that products continue to be innovative to meet clients requirements.

Dean has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years, as an adviser and a mortgage specialist and he played an important role in the development of Key Retirement Solutions since the company began.
He is one of the members of the management team that founded Key and as Group Director, he aims to create ways to develop the equity release market further. Dean looks after the technical aspects of the business, providing our advisers with the relevant research to keep Key at the forefront of the equity release market.
Dean is also responsible for much of the PR work for Key, and regularly appears in the national and trade press, as well as on television and radio.

Paul has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry and as one of the founding directors of Key Retirement Solutions, has been instrumental in the strategic growth of the business through diversification into other pre and post retirement products and services.
Paul is responsible for the design and provision of the other services supplied by the KRS group which complement our core retirement products. Paul is also responsible for driving the company’s affinity relationships with organisations such as charities, financial institutions and other companies wishing to take advantage of the specialist retirement advice offered by the KRS Group.
